Blueberry Walnut Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is full of protein, healthy fats, and fiber. The taste is a combination of fruity and nutty, and the hint of cinnamon adds to the flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 c wild frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup unsalted walnuts
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup banana
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Notes

Feel free to add more blueberries on top as well as walnuts!
