16ozcottage cheese , whipped in food processor or blender
¼cupmelted unsalted butter
½cupparmesan cheese
3tspgarlic powder
1tspsalt
Instructions
Melt unsalted butter.
While the butter is melting, add cottage cheese to food processor or blender, and mix until smooth.
Add cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder to pot.
Lower heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. At 20 minutes check the consistency of the sauce. It should be getting thinner. Let simmer for less or more time depending on how thick you like the sauce.
