Mixed Berry Chia Seed Pudding with Protein

This is a creamy protein packed breakfast that can be eaten on the go. The protein shake I used has 30 grams of protein, combined with the chia seeds, and mixed berries there's a good amount of protein, healthy fats, and fiber.

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Pour the protein milkshake into a glass container and add the remainder of ingredients to the container.
  • Mix, until combined and let set in fridge overnight.
  • Mix and top with more berries if you wish
