Swiss Chard Salad

This nutrient packed salad is healthy and delicious, and will keep you full for hours. Between the swiss chard, proscuitto, pine nuts, pecorino romano, cantaloupe this is fresh, salty, nutty, and you will be going back for seconds.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups swiss chard, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cantaloupe melon, cubed
  • 3 oz proscuitto, chopped
  • ¼ cup pecorino romano
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • Dress Up Champagne Vinaigrette

Instructions 

  • Finely chop swiss chard and add to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss with salad dressing. Enjoy!
