Cauliflower rice is a staple in my home, especially for those interested in enjoying low carb cauliflower rice benefits. It’s a great side for almost all meals. It’s filling and can take on any flavor you add to it, making it an ideal choice for low carb rice options. Cauliflower rice is easy to prepare since you can already buy it riced either in the produce or frozen food sections of your grocery store.

If it’s a better option for you, you can also buy it frozen. Side note from this recipe, you can add frozen cauliflower to your smoothies for some fiber, and you don’t even taste it.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cauliflower rice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to your pan and add the cauliflower rice. Keep the temperature to low to medium and cook until preferred doneness.
