Mixed Berry Chia Seed Pudding with Protein
If you’re looking for a delicious recipe, you can try making mixed berry chia seed pudding using Pioneer Pastures Vanilla Milkshake protein drink, which has 30g of protein as the base for the pudding. It adds a nice mellow vanilla flavor. Of course, you can swap out the berries for a different fruit. This would be the perfect breakfast with protein, healthy fats, and fiber.


Mixed Berry Chia Seed Pudding with Protein
This is a creamy protein packed breakfast that can be eaten on the go. The protein shake I used has 30 grams of protein, combined with the chia seeds, and mixed berries there's a good amount of protein, healthy fats, and fiber.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Pioneer Pastures vanilla milkshake, Ultra-Filtered A2 Vanilla Protein Shake – Pioneer Pastures
- ½ cup mixed berries, I used blueberries and raspberries
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 tsp ` liquid allulose
Instructions
- Pour the protein milkshake into a glass container and add the remainder of ingredients to the container.
- Mix, until combined and let set in fridge overnight.
- Mix and top with more berries if you wish
