Cauliflower rice is a staple in my home. It’s a great side for almost all meals. It’s filling and can take on any flavor you add to it. It is also easy to prepare since you can now buy the cauliflower already riced.

If it’s a better option for you, you can also buy rice cauliflower frozen. Side note from this recipe, you can add frozen cauliflower rice to your smoothies for some fiber.

Feel free to add any additional spices. For example, you can make this Mexican by adding a tsp or two (depending on how hot you like it) of chili powder or maybe some Italian seasoning. Have fun with it.

Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower rice is a staple that is goes with a wide variety of dishes. In addition is it also quick to make, which makes it especially ideal for eating during the week.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cauliflower rice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to your pan and add the cauliflower rice. Keep the temperature to low to medium and cook until preferred doneness.
